Value – The value of this I think is very fair. I have drank many whiskeys that don’t have this in depth taste to it that cost way more.
Appearance – Red Tinted Copper. Wine bottle and these delicate well thought out labels with the buzzard protruding from the label itself. Very very nice presentation.
Nose – Pecan / White Wine / Cherry
Palate – Honey / Chocolate / Caramel
Finish – Coffee / Subtle Cooling Lasting 15 Seconds / Seasoned Wood / Tiramisu. This finish really stands out and is my favorite part of the whiskey. It ops like you would not get from standard proofs and the 105 is really that sweet spot that puts it into the next level.
